It is necessary to download and install a free video display program (unless you already have a compatible one on your computer). When I went to the WSCF site, my browser instructed me to click on a URL address provided in order to download and install shockwave from www.shockwave.com to view that site. Instructions are then provided along the way. It is necessary to close the browser after the download is complete. Then one must start the installation program you downloaded. After this it is necessary to reconnect to the internet and download some more helper files, as per the instructions. Only then can you view the wcsf2000 site preview of what is to come. Once at the site's second page, you must look for the button marked "English" in order to view most of the text in English rather than in Korean. Japanese and other languages may also be available. Don't expect normal video quality. Current technology and modem level bandwidth is not quite there yet.
Times given are Korean which are 15 hours ahead of CST and 14 hours ahead of EST. Thus the start time of the convening conference at 7:30 PM Korean on 2/10 is 4:30 AM CST and 5:30 AM EST. Korean time 9 PM on 2/11 would be 6 PM CST on 2/10 and 7 PM EST on 2/10.
