In preparation for the Completed Settlement of Cheon Il Guk Rally, please adhere to the following Directions:

• Rather than finishing the Rally on time, by Sunday, October 20th, as was suggested in a previous memo, please have a three day condition to prepare for the rally. Start on Monday, Oct 21st and finish on Wednesday.
• On Thursday have the rally to complete the Ceremony.
• If you do not have the official candle, please use the regular holy candle you are using right now.

If you have already completed the Ceremony, based on the direction given from the International Headquarters, it is acceptable.
