International Cultural Foundation
The International Cultural Foundation (ICF) was founded in 1968 to promote
academic, scientific, religious and cultural exchange among the countries
of the world. In the face of global crisis, ICF fosters the emergence of
a rich new world culture based upon enduring common values. ICF recognizes
the essentially spiritual nature of man, which must be placed at the
center of any political, technological or economic program. ICF affirms
the interrelatedness of all the world's people and that cooperation, not
confrontation, is the true basis for historical progress. ICF also
believes that the academic communities of the world must be in the
forefront of developing new ideas and plans to help guide the cooperative
resolution of world problems.
